Deodorant is OK (since lite aerobics exercise will be done) but no lotions, make-up or oils of any kind. These clog pores, thus keeping the solution from fully penetrating into the interstitial tissue. |

Take a good shower right before you come to remove any excess oils, conditioners etc. Use Liquid body wash (i.e. Dove, Aveeno, Caress) Do not use bar soap or products with any form of Lanolin or Mineral oil This will cause pores to clog. |

Do not eat/ drink(even H20) too much 2 to 2 1/2 hours before appointment time(Tummy is wrapped very tightly, eating can cause discomfort). Drink a sports drink/smoothie with minerals and vitamins to avoid sluggishness or dizziness. |

No allergy medication on the day of the wrap to avoid drowsiness or lightheadedness. |

No products with ephedra(i.e. diet supplements, energy blends) a few days prior to avoid any heart related problems. |

What to do after you are wrapped |

No shower /or cool shower 24 hours after your wrap – solution continues working for up to three days. This gives the solution time to completely work its way into the body. AGAIN, no MINERAL OIL or LANOLIN in anything you put on your body!!!!! You will feel clean. |

Wear Compression Items - Two reasons, (1) so you can feel the difference before and after the wrap, (2) is the compression of tight “clothing” aids the body retain shaping of the tissues we have tightened and toned with the tight wrap. |

Diet, exercise, and don’t forget to take your supplements.Use good judgments and include these in you plan. Keep drinking H2O, the results may continue 2-3 days. |
